Holistic, Advanced Clinical & Sports Massage Therapy
I offer massage which is attentive and responsive, aiming to meet you where you are. I’m guided by a principle that our time together is for you. This means that I encourage you to ask for what you need, whether that’s a gentler pressure, an extra blanket, space to pause or beyond. I think that bodywork is often viewed as an experience that is done to a passive body. I prefer to understand it as a co-created, living process, where we’re working together to offer your body what it is seeking. Nobody knows your body as well as you do. While I can attune to your breath, gain insight in your tissues and observe certain patterns, I seek to honour your wisdom and understanding of what you need in the moment.
I’m a certified Advanced Clinical and Sports Massage Therapist, trained with The Jing Institute for Massage Therapy and Complementary Medicine. The Jing Method is an evidence-based and highly research-backed approach to relieving acute and chronic pain using myofascial release, acupressure, trigger point therapy and targeted stretching. I’m qualified to work with a range of conditions, from herniated discs to frozen shoulder to sciatica and beyond. I have achieved particularly significant outcomes supporting clients with a wide range of conditions, including carpal tunnel syndrome, plantar fasciitis, fibromyalgia, and migraines. I’ve also trained with, and am influenced by Swedish Massage, the Thai Yoga Massage fusion of Somatouch and the graceful strain-free approach of 4Elements Massage, which supports me to take care of my body, as well as yours.
My style of massage is constantly evolving, and I’m committed to continued education so I can learn and develop as a practitioner. I love to research how I can work most effectively with what shows up in my practice. You can find out more about my training here.

Some of the ways we can tweak our appointment include:
- Music – we can work in silence, with your favourite playlist or with mine
- Talking – we can be quiet, talk throughout, or anything inbetween
- Length – we can work in shorter sessions
- Pressure – smooth, firm, precise or broad pressure
- Lighting – I have lots of options, including a colour changing bulb
- Focus – if you’d love a whole session on your legs, bring it on
- And a whole lot more. I love hearing about what would bring just that little bit more comfort into your experience
